Nokia Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 the new Windows Phone 8

The first two new Windows Phone form Nokia is now official, it's the Nokia Lumia 820 and the Nokia Lumia 920 both powered by 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual core processor and Wireless charging support with separate wireless charging covers.

The Lumia 820 will be the mid-range smartphone, with its 4.3 ClearBlack display and there will be a lot of colors to choose from aside from the return of exchangeable shells. A micro SD memory card is now supported and the new wireless charging.

The Nokia wireless charging will be an interesting features on how will they implement it, and how will cafes and other establishments can offer this an one of their feature services.

Both phones will be available in pentaband LTE and HSPA+ variants and we could expect this devices to ship this year or maybe inline with the release of Windows 8 on October.

  1. Nice review! I did one for the Nokia Lumia 610 a couple of months back. The Lumia series is a pretty solid one, and with the lower price point, a lot more accessible to many.
