Gadget ON: Libratone Unboxing and First Impression

Libratone Live AirPlay Speaker is an Airplay Speaker that is designed so elegant and it features wireless technology, so when they said they will send one for review I said yes right away.

Libratone is from Danish company with its roots in acclaimed Steinway Lyngdorf audio, with a range of speakers product like Libratone Live speaker and Libratone Lounge speaker.

  • Airplay Works with iPad, iPad2, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch (4th, 3rd and 2nd Gen) with iOS 4.2 and iTunes 10.1 (Mac or PC) or later. Inputs AirPlay (wireless) and 3.5mm audio mini jack for analog or optical digital sound 
  • Driver Units 1x5” bass, 2x3” midrange and 2.1” ribbon based tweeter 
  • Amplifier 150W total, 1x50W bass, 2x25W tweeter and 2x25W midrange

The Unboxing:
In the Box are Libratone Live speaker, Mains cable and Quick Start Guide, the speaker wrapped for protection.

The Libratone Live speaker is coated with something like a carpet type skin, the power switch is located the back there the power connector where is.

Setup of the Libratone Live is very easy using the Wi-Fi as connection and for this review I used the iPad to connected and using it as well is also very easy all you need to do is choose Libratone Live in the Airplay as your audio output.
