As a valuable complement to its fully modernized network, Globe Telecom is providing subscribers more ways to get answers and support - wherever, whenever.

Globe subscribers both here and abroad can get easily and conveniently get feedback and support through the following customer service channels:
    • MyAccount (http://accounts.globe.com.ph) - With MyAccount you can view, reprint and pay your bill, report a payment and request for reconnection, change billing address, update account details, and other requests. 
    • /Help- Get access to support information about our products and services updated daily at www.globe.com.ph/help 
    • SMS – You can text HELP to 1234 for free to get live agent assistance through text.
