First Look on WD Red 4TB HDD (WD40EFRX)

Western Digital announced the WD Black 4.0TB for desktop last year, read more about it here. Now Western Digital have is offering WD Red 4.0TB for NASware, this is the largest NAS storage available in the market now.

The WD Red 4.0TB is similar to the WD Red 3.0TB that I reviewed before, there was no difference in the form factor, only the capacity of the drive was upgraded.

Will review the WD Red 4.0TB, and will use the Synology DS213air A 2-bay NAS Server to see if the performance to this drive have improved or still the same.
